Hello everybody.
I succesfully added a customized return button to my detail view, but the default "Return" link is still shown on the page. How can I get rid of it and display my "xmod:returnbutton" only?

Hi,
I do not belive the xmod detail form has a default "Return" as does the the regular xmod detail view.I have set my xmod detail form up on a seperate page.I can sucessfully switch to it by clicking on a photo in my list view template that is also on a seperate page. I thought that if I added a "return" link into my detail view template,It would allow me to return from my xmod detail form back to my xmod list view. How ever this does not seem to work for me.It just refreshes the current page. I am trying to keep my users from having to hit the "Back" button on there browser. Am I missing something here?

Thanks

Hi

I need a return button on my detail page. I'm using the beta detail module.
Works great once I worked out how to pass in the record id. Had to turn off friendly urls to work out the URL though.

Is a return button fix planned or do I have to work something out in my detail template?

How about a configurable return option on the detail view module?

angusbeare,

The return button in XMod is integrated into the normal workflow of XMod. The detail view module is distinct from the XMod processes - it doesn't really have any place to return to.

I get it.

I'll just add a return link on my detail page.
