Have XMP follow DNN View Mode

I often use the view mode in the DNN site control panel to switch from EDIT mode to VIEW mode when doing a presentation to clients.
In that VIEW mode, some of the items of an XMP module are not shown like the links to the template/form, but within the template, the EditButton DeleteButton etc still are displayed.
I think it would be a nice element if XMP hid those when the site was in VIEW mode as well.
